Standard Warehouse Storage
Our Standard Warehouse Storage program guarantees your boat space in our storage facility on a month-to-month basis.
A three-month minimum is required. Our Facility is climate-controlled with a full security and monitoring system to ensure the safety of your boat. You will also get the added benefit of our staff picking up and dropping off the boat at the facility as well as returning it
A few things to note:
- Fees for Standard Warehouse Storage vary based on the size of the boat.
- We never pick up a boat for Standard Warehouse Storage without direction from you.
- When you schedule your boat to go into storage, you'll be able to request other services like winterization, at the same time.

Preferred Winter Storage Program
Our Preferred Winter Storage Program guarantees your boat space in our storage facility from November 1 - March 31.
Customers who participate in our Preferred Winter Storage Program receive the first right of refusal for storm storage during the hurricane season following winter storage.
As always, storm storage is optional, and additional fees apply. Participating in our Preferred Winter Storage Program is the only way we can offer the first right of refusal for storm storage.
We need to have your completed agreement in place in order to reserve your boat's space.
Payment is due November 1, and we'll settle the charges with your card on file then. If you prefer to pay by check, please be sure we receive that before November 1.
When you schedule your boat to go into storage, you'll be able to request other services like winterization at our Service Center at the same time.
