Boat Rigging Technician - Wilmington Service Center
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Boat Rigging Technician to join our team at the Wilmington Service Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in boat rigging, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and technologies. Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
Responsibilities:
- Rig boats with necessary systems, including engines, electronics, and other accessories, ensuring all components are correctly installed and fully functional.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to rigging and boat systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of installations, repairs, and any service work completed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and industry best practices during all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with boat rigging, engine installations, or marine electronics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of boat systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
- Experience and/or certification with Yamaha Outboards.
- Experience and/or certification with Garmin Marine Electronics.
- Prior boating knowledge and the ability to operate a boat.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose rigging issues.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Required: An active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Yard Hand - Atlantic Marine Service Center:
Atlantic Marine is seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Hand to support daily operations at our Service Center. This position plays a key role in maintaining boats, equipment, and facilities while assisting the service team with yard and prep work. Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
Responsibilities:
- Boat washing and detailing
- Bottom painting and surface preparation
- Moving, staging, and securing boats in the yard
- Cleaning and maintaining service facilities, shop areas, and outdoor grounds
- Assisting technicians with basic non-mechanical tasks as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following safety procedures and instructions from service management
- Prior experience with boat washing, bottom painting, or yard work preferred but not required
- Basic boating knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Required: Active driver’s license and reliable transportation

Yamaha Technician
Atlantic Marine is seeking a skilled and motivated Yamaha Technician to join our Service Center team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Yamaha outboard motors and related boat systems while maintaining the high standards expected of a Yamaha Pro Elite Plus service facility. Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair Yamaha outboard motors
- Perform routine maintenance, warranty work, and rigging on outboard-powered boats under 40 feet
- Install, troubleshoot, and service Garmin marine electronics and related systems
- Inspect and repair common boat systems, including steering, fuel, electrical, and control systems
- Accurately document service work using company software and Yamaha systems
- Operate boats for testing, diagnostics, and quality control checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and shop procedures
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and management regarding repairs and timelines
- Experience and/or certification with Yamaha Outboards preferred
- Experience and/or certification with Garmin marine electronics preferred
- Prior boating knowledge and the ability to safely operate a boat
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to business practices, procedures, and service software

Forklift Operator - Wilmington Marina
We are seeking a qualified Forklift Operator to join our team at the Wilmington Service Center. The ideal candidate will possess relevant skills, experience, and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and workplace practices. Key responsibilities and qualifications include:

- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, and move boats from storage racks to trailers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support daily operations and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
- Previous experience operating forklifts or heavy machinery is preferred.
- Prior boating knowledge and the ability to operate a boat.
