WE’RE HIRING!  Atlantic Marine, the world’s largest Grady-White Boats dealer, seeks energetic, motivated individuals to join the team.  As a growing marine dealership, we are seeking the right people to assist us.  If you love boating, have a knack for customer service, and are willing to learn, this opportunity is for you!   

Controller – Accounting Office

The duties of the Controller are listed below and the qualified candidate will have skill, experience, competency, and education in the following pertinent areas:

  • Preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintain Inventory control with financial records
  • Oversee payroll and HR as Needed
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • 5 years of experience working in an accounting management role,
    preferably in a dealership
  • Experience with Lightspeed DMS system is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with inventory control and dealership operations is a plus

This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, including health care insurance, life insurance retirement contribution matching with a SIMPLE IRA, and paid time off.  Reporting will be done directly to principals of our family-owned business.

YARD HAND – SERVICE CENTER

Duties of the service yard employee are listed below and the qualified candidate will have some skill, experience, competency, education, or ability to learn skills in the following pertinent areas:

  • Boat washing and pressure washing
  • Boat bottom painting
  • Assist technicians with repairs and installations
  • Assist in moving boats
  • Keep service facility clean
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to our business practices and software
  • Required: Active Driver License and reliable transportation

This is a fulltime position with benefits, including health care insurance, retirement contribution matching with a SIMPLE IRA, and paid time off.  This position will require some work on weekends.  Compensation to be based upon experience.  This position may allow for growth within the company.

YAMAHA TECHNICIAN – SERVICE CENTER

Duties of the service technician are listed below and the qualified candidate will have some skill, experience, competency, education, or ability to learn skills in the following pertinent areas:

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to our business practices and software
  • Experience and/or certification with Yamaha Outboards
  • Experience and/or certification with Garmin marine electronics
  • Prior boating knowledge and ability to operate a boat
  • Ability to diagnose and repair other boat systems commonly found on outboard boats under 40 feet
  • Ability to maintain a clean working environment
  • Required: Active Driver License and reliable transportation
