Cape Fear Grady Club

Welcome to the Cape Fear Grady Club page!  Our club is setup for local Grady-White owners to enjoy their boats, learn more about local waters, venture to places they may not feel comfortable going alone, and enjoy life on the water with other Grady-White owners.  Everyone, from those new to boating, to the most experienced captain, is welcome to join!

Club members are invited to join us Thursday, January 26, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm for a drop-in VIP Reception. We’ll have a first look at Grady Club events for the 2023 season and offer priority registration for all events! Jordan will offer a presentation of the events at 6:00pm. RSVP requested by January 22.

WAITING LIST: Travel to Greenville, NC to see how your Grady-White Boat was constructed from lamination to final finishing. Meet the team who built your boat on the plant floor. Following the tour, join some of the executive staff and Kris Carroll, President of Grady-White Boats, for lunch. Registration required.

You’ll learn more about Garmin as a company and then the instructors will dive into the equipment for a demonstration on popular features. There will be a question and answer session.  Atlantic Marine staff will be available and our Service Center will be open to tour.

WAITING LIST: Do you find navigating the Cape Fear River intimidating? Maybe you’d just like to brush up on your navigation knowledge, or simply lay some tracks in your GPS to make it easier next time you hit the Cape Fear River with your family. If this sounds like you, join us for a day of learning the Cape Fear River with Jordan!  DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, WE WILL OPEN A SECOND DATE SOON.

Travel 30 miles south to Bald Head Island via the ICWW and Cape Fear River. Enjoy a special club lunch at Jules’ Salty Grub and Island Pub. Hop on your very own golf cart and explore the island. Climb the lighthouse, visit the shops, or relax on the beaches.

ALMOST FULL: Back by popular demand is our PREMIER CLUB TRIP FOR 2023…Charleston!  New for this year, we’ll be staying at the Charleston Beach Club and we’ll hold a cocktail party and dinner to celebrate our arrival!   We’ll break up our travel by stopping in Myrtle Beach for the evening on the way down and back.

WAITING LIST: We’ve partnered again with Epic Excursions for a day at the beach! Anchor up near Wrightsville Beach, enjoy beach games, paddle boards, and and lunch.  We’ll provide the main course, club members are invited to bring a side.

WAITING LIST: Lunch and drinks at the Ballyhoo’s Bar at Sailfish Restaurant at Marsh Creek Marine followed by anchoring at Rich’s Inlet, directly across from Sailfish.

WAITING LIST: On our 6th annual trip to Beaufort, NC we’ll return to the beautiful Beaufort Hotel and Boathouse Marina. Travel the ICWW 4 hours north through Camp Lejeune, Swansboro, the Bogue Sound, Morehead City and the NC State Ports, and down Taylor’s Creek in Beaufort to our final destination.

Because our day trips to Bald Head Island are so popular, we’ve added a second one!  This time we’ll have lunch at Jailhouse Provisions, then hop on your very own golf cart and explore the island. Climb the lighthouse, visit the shops, or relax on the beaches.

What are our club members saying?

“This was an amazing trip!  It was so well planned and it was obvious that Jordan put much thought into each detail.  The group of people who traveled were delightful, we made new friends and caught up with old acquaintances.   The appetizers at Lulu’s were delicious and a nice surprise!  The Docktail Party was such a nice way to blend two cities of folks who like to boat, on a GRADY!…PERFECT!  FUN!” – Holly Sellers, Grady-White Express 330, Charleston Trip 2019

“This trip was actually more fun than we thought it was going to be…and we had pretty high expectations going in!  Jordan did a fantastic job with the communication and information before the trip and handled logistics during the trip like the pro that he is.  We can’t wait for the Bald Head event.  The location of CHRM just can’t be beat.  Loved the quick ride over to town in the water taxi.  Marina staff were very helpful at both locations, but the staff at Grande Dunes really stood out from a service perspective.” -Dr. Eric Mansell, Grady-White Fisherman 216, Charleston Trip 2019
